Xi’an Industrial & Commercial Bureau Guang Yun Tan branch seized a batch of suspected counterfeit "SKF" brand bearing on Jun 12th,2018 in the Beichen Hardware & Electrical Wholesale Market . The goods worth more than 20,000 yuan.
After receiving the report clues, the law enforcement officers of Guangyuntan branch promptly responded and conducted an on-site inspection of the involved merchants. A total of 480 sets “SKF” brand bearing were found on the store shelves and were held by the trademark. The on-site appraisal of the agent company commissioned by the person allegedly counterfeited the "SKF" brand bearing products sold by the store.
Law enforcement officers immediately investigate and collect information on the purchase and sales of the goods involved.And temporarily detain the goods in question. The trademark-holding company will be contacted for further appraisal on the next step.And an investigation on the illegal business will be conducted.
