ZWZ Group to Launch Series of Rail Traffic Bearings at Shanghai Exhibition

The 2018 Shanghai International Advanced Rail Transit Technology Exhibition, sponsored by the China Civil Engineering Society, the Urban Public Transport Society, and the China Intelligent Rail Transit Alliance, opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center on April 19th. A large number of domestic and foreign rail transit industry enterprises participated in this exhibition. The ZWZ Group took the series of rail transit bearings to the exhibition and attracted the attention of industry companies, new and old customers and related parties.
According to statistics from the China Railway Corporation, the country’s railway mileage has reached 127,000 km by the end of 2017. As planned, we will strive to reach a railway network of 175,000 kilometers by 2025, including about 38,000 kilometers of high-speed rails. By 2035, we will be the first to build a well-developed modern railway network. At the same time, subways and trams will also meet a period of rapid growth. It is expected that by 2020, the number of cities operating urban rail transit in China will reach 50, and the total operating mileage will exceed 6,000 kilometers.
In the field of rail bearing, ZWZ Group has established manufacturing bases for railway freight cars, passenger cars, locomotives and urban rail transportation bearings. It has developed R&D rail bearings and has become the only company in China capable of fully supporting cargo locomotive bearing products. ZWA has self-owned core technology for truck bearings, 4 invention patents for rail transit projects, 6 million sets of bearings for China's rail transit, 1.3 million online operations, and successively developed Shanghai Metro Line 1, Changchun Light Rail, Dalian Metro Line 1-2 , Dalian Jinpu line intercity light rail train supporting bearings and batch applications.
At the exhibition, the leaders of ZWZ Group exchanges their ideas on the latest products, technologies and cooperation in rail transit with old and new customers such as CRRC and its subsidiaries and Shentong CSR (Shanghai) Rail Transit Vehicles Co., Ltd.
